Homeownership and Financial Services Institute (HOFSI) - Provides the parishioners of member churches expert counseling and financial assistance when buying their first home. Provides existing CBG homeowners and business owners with information and advice on financial matters that enhance opportunities for wealth accumulation and financial well-being.
Church Financing Program - Provides technical assistance to member churches and community development corporations in the preparation of loan proposals to Covenant Banks.
Community Development Corporation (CDC) Assistance - Provide information and support to member churches that desire to establish a CDC. Offer technical assistance to 501c( 3) organizations of member churches in preparation of grant proposals for submission to funding agencies.
Community Empowerment Forums - Provide presentations and information at Quarterly Sessions for member churches and 501c( 3) organizations on such topics as church growth and development, financial literacy, consumer advocacy and public policy.
